Lunchtime recital with Conrad Marshall at St Mary's Church Nantwich
I'm delighted to be playing a recital of early classical music for flute and harp with Conrad. I usually play contemporary music in recitals, so it's a treat to be performing this programme and I'm really enjoying getting all this lovely music under my fingers. It makes a lovely contrast from all the contemporary music I'm playing this year.
This programme will be repeated during the Buxton Festival at the opening of the Pump Room and at St Mary's Church in Sandbach.
St Mary's Church, Nantwich. This concert is free, but there is a retiring collection. 12.30-1.15pm details here

Video recording of this piece below. Douwe had worked with my husband earlier in the year and emailed me this beautiful piece that he had originally composed for piano to see whether I thought it would work on harp. It works beautifully on harp and I would encourage all harpists to add it to their repertoire! I'm honoured to be giving the world premier performance of this piece on harp in Nantwich.
