I'll be tutoring at this year's Harp North West Festival in Cumbria presenting a couple of workshops on fun and funky extended techniques that can be achieved on lever harp for all levels of players. We will be having a go at trying out the various extended techniques in this session and then incorporating as many as we have mastered into some mixed ability ensemble pieces that I'm currently writing.

The festival runs from 26-28th July 2019 - Ambleside campus of University of Cumbria with Meinir Heulyn, Ben Creighton Griffiths, Jean Altshuler, Alice Pell, Mary Dunsford and myself.

Big shout out to Mary Dunsford who does an amazing online scheme called JaNewAry for Harps North West where she delivers online tutorials every day throughout January. This year she did a series of tutorials on my arrangements of Pure Imagination for lever harp. I have done two versions for lever harp - one with lever changes, and a more straight forward version without lever changes. I was VERY impressed with Mary's tutorials, she has a lovely manner and a charming way of explaining things!  link here

Lunchtime recital with Conrad Marshall at St Mary's Church Sandbach.

The third of our recitals of early classical music for flute and harp with Conrad this Summer.
